When you join Premier Fitness, you will receive help in getting fit.  Our goal is to educate and motivate you towards living a healthier lifestyle.  We offer a complimentary Training Assessment to all of our members.  This is an incredible way for you to take advantage of your membership dollars and to make sure you are spending your time wisely at the club and while you're away from the club. 

During a Premier 5 Training Assessment you will be greeted by a professional, qualified, certified personal trainer who will assess your fitness needs.  Our assessments are designed to give you an accurate picture of your current fitness level and to help you set attainable, realistic goals.  Your assessment will include:

  • Practical Assessment
  • Postural Assessment 
  • Body Composition Analysis

The Premier 5 Fitness System utilizes Apex Fitness Systems and incorporates the following five components of fitness into our programming.

Proper Food Intake

Did you know that improper nutrition is the single greatest obstacle in achieving your ideal body?
If your goal is to improve your appearance, exercise alone won't get the job done.  We can recommend, monitor and modify your food intake to keep you feeling satisfied and energetic.

Cardiorespiratory Exercise

How do you know if you're performing the correct cardiorespiratory regimen, and in the correct amount, type and intensity needed to maximize your valuable time and reach your fitness goals? We will show you how to make every minute count.

Dietary Supplementation

Did you know that complementing your food intake with proper dietary supplementation will allow you to get more out of your workout program?  We use a state-of-the-art computerized system that matches your food intake with the proper, individualized supplement recommendation based on your goals.

Resistance Training

Did you know that, in addition to increasing calorie-burning muscle, resistance training can also provide you with increased strength, balance, coordination and power needed to enhance any activity used to burn calories or increase performance? We can design a resistance-training program conducive to your goals and physical capabilities that is fun and effective, and produces results.

Personal Assistance

Our certified personal trainers will provide you with personalized and professional guidance about every aspect of your training program.  We will show you how the five components of fitness work together to result in the shortest amount of time.
